Explosive writing. Dynamic results.

Welcome to C4 Writing Services and thank you for stopping by. If you are looking for SEO content that is light years away from the same old, worn out, recycled garbage that most content writing companies offer, then you have come to the right place.

At C4 Writing, we aren’t just another content mill. We are a professional content creation company that is dedicated to excellence and performance. We live by our motto:

“Explosive Writing. Dynamic Results.”

Our philosophy on web content writing is simple but powerful: create explosive, interesting, intelligent content that readers will love and combine that with highly efficient search engine optimization practices that provides your site or blog with the dynamic results you desire.

It seems such a straightforward combination that you might think every content creation company would live by it. The hard fact is, however, that most content companies online today only provide one or the other. You’ll either find compelling content that is extremely well written but boasts no SEO power or you’ll find positively horrendous, keyword stuffed, grammatically incorrect content obviously written solely for the search engines. These are the articles that sound like a preschooler created them—or worse.

Where is the balance between the two? Do you really have to settle for one or the other? Not anymore! C4 writing was born out of a need for excellent SEO content writing that takes your site’s visibility and authority to the next level. We don’t just write—we craft!

A Commitment to Excellence and Customer Service

When you choose C4 Writing for your SEO content needs, you will receive complete one-on-one attention from the CEO herself.

  • No talking to a different person every time you have a question or need to update a project.
  • No waiting in line to speak to the “next available representative.”
  • No dealing with hourly employees who are trained to recite the same generic lines over and over again.
  • Just timely, efficient attention from the person who knows your project best.

Because we are so dedicated to service and performance, we operate on a limited client base. It isn’t that we don’t want to serve the needs of everyone who has them, but rather that we are dedicated to completely serving the needs of those who have entrusted us with their projects. Rest assured that when we tell you we can handle your project by a certain deadline we will not overbook our schedule in any way that would prevent us from delivering your project by that deadline.

If you have not yet read Part 1 of Why Content Is, Was, and Always Will Be King, you may want to check it out first to get up to speed. Once you’ve done that, come on back and we will finish exploring why web content is so important for your site. Now, let’s dive right back in where we left off, shall we?

Making Your Site Sing with Content

Selling. That is the goal of practically every website on the net. Whether you are trying to sell your services to a local or global market, trying to sell products through affiliate marketing, or trying to sell your own products with an online storefront, conversions are what you are ultimately after.

With the amount of competition out there, you’ve got to show your visitors that not only do you have something special and unique to offer, but that it is also a great value that is worth their hard earned cash. Your website content has to sing to your potential customers. Pictures may be worth a thousand words but that doesn’t mean you don’t need any words at all. After all, your visitors know just as well as you do that pictures can be deceiving sometimes.

To demonstrate this point, let’s take a look at my website for a moment. This principal will apply to any site, regardless of the type of product or service you are promoting. If I were to create some web content to encourage you to use my services, which of the following would you find more convincing?

  • You should buy some articles from me because I write really good SEO stuff that will get you more money so it’s worth it.

OR

  • Our SEO content and copy services are guaranteed to increase your Google page ranking, driving more targeted traffic to your website and ultimately increasing your conversion rate.

Both statements are accurate. Both statements say the same thing, in essence. The first statement, however, isn’t very descriptive and it is wrought with grammatical mistakes. (And believe me when I tell you it took me great pains to actually publish such a terrible sentence!) It doesn’t really tell you how purchasing articles will make you money…you just have to trust that they will. I’ll give you a tip: most people aren’t going to just “trust” that what you are selling is a good value—you have to prove it to them.

The second statement tells you what I’m selling, why you need it, how it works, and tells you that you have some assurance if it doesn’t work. From here, I should add web content that describes my services in more detail using unique and descriptive language. I need to get into my visitors head and think about the questions they may have—and then answer them.

Ultimately, website content is the only way you can effectively communicate with your visitors. No amount of flash graphics or slideshows are going to be able to speak to your visitors the way well written web content will. You should always focus on your content and its relevance to your visitors first; optimize for the search engines second. Remember that the search engines aren’t the ones who will be doing business with you. Your visitors are.

Why Content Is, Was, and Always Will Be King, Part 1

In the beginning there was content and content was king. Complex SEO algorithms for ranking and rating web pages didn’t exist—or at least they were not quite so complex as what we have today. Indeed, in the infancy of the internet, there were no search engines at all. Companies had to rely on direct traffic for [...]

The Importance of Your Google Page Ranking

Most businesses know that their page ranking with Google is incredibly important, even if they don’t understand why. They just know that everyone in the industry puts a large emphasis on it so perhaps they should, too. Rather than just have you take someone else’s word for it, however, I’m going to help you to [...]

What in the World is SEO Content?

Many times when telling others what I do for a living, I find myself faced with trying to explain what exactly SEO content is. A typical conversation may go something like this: Random Person: “So. What kind of work do you do?” Me: “Oh, I am an SEO writer. I do all sorts of web [...]
